Puredate Patches for Download

Realtime FFT Composer Simple: This is the latest version of my pvoc fascination. This uses 2 pvocs, 4 homemade granular processors (two different types), a series of bandpass filters (spectral distribution and transposable) and a percussion generator. Pretty nice GUI. This is for my current projects that will go unnamed but also done to modify my Tropendrift software.

Realtime FFT Composer: This is the original flavor that has existed in some form or another since 2003. This particular flavor has been in use since 2005 but was just recently retired for the new version - this is still nice but a few problems with the spectral harmonizers.

Realtme FFT Painter: This is an instrument for two mice and numeric keypad. It involves shaping spectral information with mice. Manipulation includes; granularizaiton, pitch and spectral distribution of formants (amplitude and frequency information)

Realtime Additive: A very nice but big additive synthesis performance software. It is a little dfficult to use but with some presets it can do anything  you can imagine in realtime synthesis. Pretty interesting if you have the time to sit down with it.

Realtime Instrument Extension: This software has been used in the past to extend the prepared guitar. Pretty nice software but it has been fully replaced and modified with the new RT_FFT_Composer_Simple.

I have started putting my software together for download. Not all of the files here have help files, but if you want to poke around you are more than welcome to see what is inside. If there are helpfiles they are usually on the parent patch in a subpatch appropriately named "help".

All of these patches have been designed for live interactive performances and all have been tested tried and true at concerts in compositions and improvisations.

Most of these patches are essentially phase vocoder samplers with some granular processes and usually some spectral manipulation and analysis.

The patches are all written for some or all of the following hardware:

1) a UC-16 MIDI controller with nobs in order 1-16, 17-32 and so on...
2) a logitech dual-action gamepad.
3) a numeric keypad
4) two logitech optical mice
5) stereo inputs

Your input on this work is more than welcome. This software is for the world to use, just remember where you got it from
